Sprint:User Profiles

User Profiles aka Personas
User Profiles are a way of characterizing the key aspects of specific individuals who will use the software we're creating. Making user profiles and referring back to them will help keep us honest, and avoid assuming these folks are "just like us". In one view they are archetypes; in another, they're real people.
We created 2 primary user profiles
User Profile - Barry, (an NTAP),
and
User Profile - Rosie, (an accidental techie).
We also created 2 secondary user profiles
User Profile - Nijima (a Tajiki Executive Director),
and
User Profile - Scottie (an American Executive Director).
Nijima and Scottie might not use SSC directly, but their organizations might be receivers of recomendations or information from others using SSC.
